Junior muesli, 3 grain with fruit Holle is an organic muesli made of oat, corn and spelt flakes with fruit in DEMETER quality, which is intended for children from the age of 10 months. The fine flakes with fruit are very digestible together with milk. They are suitable not only for children, but also for adults as a full breakfast.

Oat flakes (gluten) (35%), corn flakes (20%), spelt (gluten) (20%), spelt flakes (gluten) (15 %), wheat-fruit flakes (wheat flour, date juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate, banana puree) (10 %), thiamine (according to EU regulation)
Preparation
1. Preparation with dairy: Prepare 170 ml of the milk formula of your choice and prepare as directed.
2. Pour the milk formula into a bowl and add 18 g of Bio junior muesli (about 3 to 4 tablespoons), mix.
3. Let cool to approx. 37 °C and serve.
4. Preparation with whole milk: Pour 100 ml of whole milk into a bowl and mix with 25 g of organic junior muesli (about 5 tablespoons).
5. Preparation as a dairy-free fruit muesli: Stir approx. 20 g of Junior muesli (approx. 4 tablespoons) into 100 g of fruit snack or 100 g of fruit puree.
6. 1 teaspoon of baby Holle oil can be added.
7. Add boiled water as needed (max 50 °C).
Storage conditions
Keep dry at room temperature. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
Notice
Breastfeeding is the best and most natural nutrition for your baby. Follow the preparation instructions. Always prepare porridge fresh and never use leftovers. Do not boil or heat the porridge in the microwave.
