Levenhuk Skyline PRO 80 MAK

Levenhuk Skyline PRO 80 MAK is the basic model of the Skyline PRO series. The optical design of this Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope offers a compact tube and high quality imaging. It is an excellent tool for observing deep space objects such as star clusters, binaries, nebulae and other galaxies. However, it will also pleasantly surprise you with its planetary observing qualities. The telescope is mounted on a reliable German parallactic mount. The Levenhuk Skyline PRO 80 MAK is excellent for observing in the outdoors as you will have no trouble carrying it or setting it up for observing.

Quality optics with anti-reflective coating

The lenses and mirrors are completely coated with multiple anti-reflective layers to maximise the use of incident light and achieve a longer lifetime. The robust and lightweight aluminium tube is mounted on a parallactic assembly with fine adjustment control. You can also install a computer-controlled drive system on your assembly (available separately). It is equipped with split circles that - after a quick setup - allow objects to be located according to their celestial coordinates and tracked by simply rotating the parallactic mount. The height-adjustable tripod has a handy accessory compartment where you can store all your accessories and tools. The eyepiece elevator is equipped with a standard T-coil allowing you to connect a reflex camera via an adapter and use the telescope for astrophotography.
