Levenhuk 320 BASE

The Levenhuk 320 BASE Biological Monocular Microscope is a monocular microscope with halogen illumination and is suitable for use in medical laboratories, educational institutions or scientific and training centres. Works great in microbiological research of any type - cytology, histology, haematology and others. Observations can be made in a bright field of view or with an oil bath, using transmitted light. The microscope is compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras (sold separately), which are installed on the microscope tube instead of the eyepiece.

Optical features and controls

The optics of the Levenhuk 320 BASE microscope allow magnification in the range of 40× to 1000×. Thanks to achromatic optics, the transmitted image has high sharpness and contrast. The monocular head is 360° rotatable and the wide-angle eyepiece provides an excellent field of view. A macro screw and a microscrew are used to focus the image. The microscope stage is equipped with a mechanical scale for precise sample positioning. Below this table is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and below that is a halogen light. The lighting includes an adjustable brightness function. The microscope is powered by AC voltage.
