Modern Hardware
The ThinkPad T560's heart is a dual-core Intel Core i7 6600U Skylake processor providing maximum efficiency and a long battery life. The cores are clocked at 2,6 GHz, which can be increased to 3,4 GHz. The "U" marks a model with reduced power consumption. Its TDP is an unprecedented 15W. Despite its reduced power consumption, the processor supports the most advanced technologies — the Turbo Boost ensures peak single-thread performance, while the Hyper Threading is responsible for multi-threading useful for complex calculations, rendering and video editing.
The ThinkPad T560's integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 graphics card handles any job. The DDR3L memory is equipped with 16GB of RAM. The 512GB SSD takes care of all your data, speeding up the system and increasing your productivity.
True Professional
The ThinkPad T560 boasts a multitouch 1920 × 1080 display. In-plane switching (IPS) technology means the Thinkpad's display delivers clear visuals over a wide viewing angle of up to 180 degrees which makes it great for watching movies with friends or work colleagues. The famous ThinkPad spill-resistant, backlit keyboard makes typing comfortable even in the dark. If you bring your laptop home from your office, you'll appreciate that the ThinkPad T560 is dockable. The fingerprint reader allows you to log in with a single swipe of your finger.
To connect to the outside world, use the latest versions of Bluetooth and WiFi. You'll appreciate the high-capacity battery, which can be further expanded by an external 3-cell battery to keep you going for up to 13 hours. The laptop comes with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional with a free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

Its original name was Legend. Later it was renamed to Legend Novo ("New Legend"), abbreviated Lenovo. In 2005 it took over IBM's computer division, which was among the largest computer makers in the world. It is similarly ambitious in the field of mobile phones, where it would like to surpass Apple and Samsung. As far as this goal goes, they acquired Motorola’s mobile division in January 2014 and have been ramping up production since. The company also produces tablets, monitors, televisions, and storage solutions. Overall, they are known for delivering quality products at reasonable prices.
