The capacity of the stainless steel XL bowl is 6.7l, allowing you to process up to 2kg of flour for solid dough or whip up to 16 egg whites for a thick meringue. The Kenwood Elite Chef XL KVL6370S has six speed levels with a gradual increase in speed so you do not have to worry that the contents of the container will get out. There is also an extra slow speed for slow, fine processing of raw materials and a pulse function that instantly delivers the maximum speed.
