The Year 1 + Year 2 Pass for Xbox includes new additions to the game. You will get new weapon designs and new equipment for your military units from head to toe.
Insurgency: Sandstorm - Year 1 Pass for Xbox includes:

Night Ops package
In the first pack you will find a Ghillie equipment set, a Nightstalker equipment set, a Midnight Blue weapon appearance set and a Red Dark weapon appearance set.
Breakaway includes the Urban Warden Equipment Set, Rogue Spec Ops Equipment Set, Desert Hex Weapon Appearance Set and Urban Digital Weapon Appearance Set.
Cold Blood will equip you with a Sasquatch equipment set, a Yeti equipment set, a Hunter weapon appearance set and a Whiteout weapon appearance set.
