The Güde sandblasting gun with recycling is a pneumatic tool designed for removing rust, old paint and other dirt from smaller surfaces. The closed-loop abrasive circulation system ensures dust-free operation, as the blasting material is immediately collected back into a textile bag. Both the gun body and the 0.7L canister are made of aluminium, which keeps the weight down to just 0.7kg. For optimum performance, it requires a working pressure of 8bar and an air consumption of 330L/min.

Dust-free technology and accessories

The gun uses a closed-loop abrasive circulation system, which minimises dust during work. After hitting the surface, the blasting material is immediately sucked back into a textile collection bag, ready to be used again. The package includes a set of five different PVC sandblasting nozzles to suit the shape of the treated material, ensuring efficient recycling. Refilling the abrasive is easy thanks to the aluminium canister with a practical bayonet thread.
