The CATTARA Margherita gas pizza oven with regulator is designed for easy use and fast pizza preparation. It offers an interior space fitted with a square pizza stone made of cordierite. Due to its porosity, the cordierite stone quickly absorbs and then gradually releases moisture, ensuring a perfectly crispy dough. The stove is equipped with a high power gas burner for concentrated and fast heating. The burner is complete with piezo ignition for easy flame ignition with controls on the back of the stove. The controller can also be used to infinitely adjust the power output. It is constructed of stainless steel with a robust design and three folding legs. The burner assembly is attached with two securing screws at the back of the furnace. By loosening the screws, the assembly can be easily removed for easy maintenance.
