The HENDI Kitchen Line 6L Fryer has a body and oil container made of stainless steel. Heating is provided by a 3300W heating element. The frying temperature can be set up to 190°C. The removable control panel is fitted with a safety feature that automatically switches the fryer off when it is removed. The fryer is protected by a thermostat and a safety guard against overheating with a reset function. The equipment includes a basket with a long, heat-insulated handle for easier handling. The removable oil container makes cleaning easier and an indicator light shows when the fryer is in operation. The cold zone system allows fried crumbs to sink below the level of the heating elements, which contributes to a longer oil life. The HENDI fryer package includes a basket and a lid.
