The GARNI 096S external eight-channel wireless sensor is an indispensable addition to the GARNI 3055 Arcus Wi-Fi weather station for precise soil moisture measurement. Thanks to wireless transmission, it allows convenient real-time monitoring of soil moisture. The right moisture level plays a key role not only in agriculture but also in water management, as it affects plant metabolism, nutrient transport and root development. Accurate monitoring helps prevent waterlogging or soil drying out, thus contributing to healthier plants and optimal growing conditions. In addition, the eight-channel system allows simultaneous monitoring of multiple sites. It is therefore suitable for larger gardens, fields or greenhouses where an individual approach to irrigation is required.

The GARNI 096S external sensor is designed for accurate and reliable measurement of temperature and relative humidity in the soil, and its robust IP66-rated construction ensures its resistance to adverse conditions. This protection makes the sensor fully resistant to both dust and splashing water, allowing it to be used for long periods of time in a variety of outdoor conditions without fear of damage.
External sensor for GARNI 096S weather station can monitor up to 8 locations
With support for up to 8 channels, humidity and temperature can be monitored simultaneously at different locations, and each channel can be assigned its own name on the GARNI 3055 Arcus main unit for better visibility. There is also a special 0 %AD and 100 %AD mode, which allows manual calibration of low and high humidity for more accurate measurements in different soil types.
With a range of up to 100 metres
The external sensor for the GARNI 096S weather station takes measurements every 70 seconds, providing up-to-date data at high frequency and in open areas reaching up to 100 metres. The green colour also makes it easy to blend in with the natural environment, which is practical for garden or agricultural use.
