Flair 58x
The Flair 58x is a fully manual version of the Flair 58 with the possibility of future electrification. This model is a professional-grade lever espresso machine focused on maximum workflow efficiency and espresso quality in home preparation. The coffee maker is equipped with Flair's first industry-standard 58mm portafilter, as well as a more robust frame and lever that allows for easier extraction at higher pressures. As the coffee machine is completely free of electrical components, customers can carry out preheating and heat stabilization by opening the preheating cap. Flair's new valve piston, which also includes a puck screen, ensures that the piston does not need to be removed when refilling the scalding water, further improving the smoothness of the workflow. The Flair 58x represents the gold standard of manual espresso from Flair - this time in a completely non-electric form. It will be possible to upgrade to an electric version of the Flair 58. However, the upgrade kits will include not only the electronics, but also a completely new combustion head.

The low flow 18g cup is the ideal complement
The low-flow cup with a capacity of 18 g is an ideal addition to every home barista's equipment and allows dosing in the range of 16 - 22 g. Compared to a standard straight wall cup, this low flow cup allows for easier extraction adjustments by allowing coarser grinds to be used to achieve the correct results, thereby increasing overall compatibility with a wide range of grinders. A high-flow cup, on the other hand, requires a grind fineness more akin to the settings of commercial espresso machines.
