Choosing a power supply
When choosing a suitable PC power supply, the key parameter, besides the format, is its power output. This indicates the maximum number of Watts the power supply can continuously deliver to the components in the computer. It is a good idea to use a web-based calculator to work out the optimal power output based on your chosen components.
Efficient power with 80 PLUS Gold certification
The EVOLVEO G850 achieves an efficiency of up to 92%, which means that most of the energy supplied is converted directly into power for your components, with minimal loss as heat. Thanks to its 80 PLUS Gold certification, you can rely on lower electricity consumption and a stable voltage under long-term load. This power supply is ideal for gaming rigs and professional workstations that demand reliable performance without compromise.
Modular design for a clean and efficient layout
Fully modular cabling gives you complete freedom – you connect only the cables you really need. This improves airflow inside the case and lowers the temperature of all components. The package includes all the important connectors, including the modern 12V-2×6 PCIe 5.1 for new graphics cards, so the power supply is ready for future generations of hardware.
EVOLVEO G850 has quiet operation and intelligent cooling
Cooling is handled by a 140mm fan with a Hydraulic Dynamic Bearing (HDB), which combines quiet operation, a long lifespan, and optimal airflow. Thanks to thermal regulation, the fan speed automatically adjusts to the current load, so the power supply remains almost silent during normal use. In addition, a special honeycomb grille with over 350 holes ensures maximum airflow efficiency.
Reliability and safety first
The EVOLVEO G850 is equipped with a suite of eight protection circuits that safeguard your build against over-voltage, overload, short circuits, and overheating. Premium Japanese capacitors with a temperature resistance of up to 105°C guarantee stable performance even during long-term operation and a lifespan of up to 20 years. Add to this a high-quality construction from 0.7mm thick steel sheets, and you get a power supply that can withstand even extreme use. In short, the EVOLVEO G850 is a safe bet that keeps pace with your performance.
Power supply unit with high-quality cabling
With the EVOLVEO G850 80Plus Gold, you receive high-quality cables with premium braiding, which provide a long lifespan and tidy cable management in any PC case. The clearly laid-out connectors cover all the needs of today's high-end builds – it includes the main 24pin ATX, a dual EPS 4+4 pin for modern processors, and the powerful PCI-E 5.1 (12V-2x6) for new graphics cards with extreme power draws. Thanks to sufficiently long cables, you can achieve a hassle-free installation even in larger Big Tower cases. There are also four PCI-E 6+2 pin connectors, which allow you to power multiple graphics cards or powerful expansion cards. It doesn't skimp on SATA and MOLEX connectors either, which ensure compatibility with both modern and older components – from SSDs to fans and RGB control units.

80 Plus certification in the European market
The 80 Plus certification was created to objectively evaluate the efficiency of computer power supplies. This gives users a simple and clear way to compare different models. In the European market (where the voltage is 230V), there are six levels of 80 Plus certification, each with specific requirements for power supplies. Higher energy efficiency primarily means lower energy consumption.
| PC PSU load | Efficiency at 20% load | Efficiency at 50% load | Efficiency at 100% load |
|---|---|---|---|
| 80 PLUS | 82% | 85% | 82% |
| 80 PLUS Bronze | 85% | 88% | 85% |
| 80 PLUS Silver | 87% | 90% | 87% |
| 80 PLUS Gold | 90% | 92% | 89% |
| 80 PLUS Platinum | 92% | 94% | 90% |
| 80 PLUS Titanium | 94% | 96% | 94% |
