The DeepCool ASSASSIN VC ELITE CPU cooler dissipates heat from processors in PC builds with both Intel and AMD sockets. The cooler uses a flattened vapour chamber with high thermal conductivity to transfer heat, which evenly distributes heat to seven 6mm copper heat pipes. The cooler's 164mm high design includes a sliding 120mm fan frame and a magnetic top cover. The sliding mechanism creates space for high-profile RAM with RGB lighting. The cooler supports Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 115x and 20xx sockets, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 sockets. The base with an integrated vapour chamber minimises thermal resistance and increases overall cooling capacity. The entire black design weighs 1.772kg and ensures stable operation even under high system load.

Effective cooling
The cooler's design includes seven 6mm copper heat pipes that draw heat away from the base and into two aluminium towers. The system handles a thermal output of up to 300W, which is suitable for processors under heavy load. The overall dimensions of the heatsink are 164 × 144 × 147mm. The cooler operates at 12V and the fans' power consumption is 4.8W, while the fan itself consumes 2.4W.
Dual-fan combination
Active airflow is generated by two nine-blade fans, one 120mm and one 140mm. Both fans use fluid dynamic bearings (FDB) for quiet, low-vibration operation. The speed is automatically regulated by a 4-pin PWM connector according to the current processor temperature. The larger fan runs at speeds from 500 to 1800rpm and the smaller fan runs in the range of 500 to 1700rpm.
Operating modes
Users can choose between two operating modes using the integrated switch. Quiet mode limits the rotation speed for a low noise level, while performance mode offers the full cooling potential for heavy loads. The noise level at high speed is 29.3dB(A). In quiet mode at low speed, the noise level drops to 22.6dB. The total airflow is 61.25CFM, with the first fan having an airflow of 48.55CFM and the second 46.75CFM.
