Tritan is a modern material that is hard and sturdy, but very lightweight compared to glass. Because it is resistant to higher temperatures, it does not release any harmful substances. Its greatest advantage is that it does not contain BPA - Bisphenol A, which is an organic compound used in the production of plastics. Bisphenol A is a dangerous chemical that can cause a large number of health problems, even breast cancer.
