The Cattara Crown fireplace fan ensures better distribution of the radiant heat of the fireplace stove throughout the room. The fan is placed on the top of the fireplace, its built-in thermoelectric module then starts to convert the temperature difference into energy for the propeller and the propeller rotates. The propeller starts at 80 °C and the speed and volume of air flow increases with increasing temperature. The optimum temperature range is 80 to 250 °C. The 150 mm diameter six-blade propeller ensures airflow up to a level of around 190 m³/h. The fan has a robust aluminium construction with a black finish and is resistant to high temperatures. It has a bimetallic belt at the bottom that lifts the fan when it overheats, thus cooling it down. The Cattara fan is quiet, requires no special maintenance and does not require batteries or a power outlet to operate.
