Preparation:
Boil the water and let it cool to about 40 °C. Fill the bowl with 150 ml of boiled water. Gradually add 50 g of Alete porridge (about 5 tablespoons) and mix thoroughly. Check the temperature. Tip: you can easily mix the milk porridge with a whisk.
