Introductory provisions
The business company Alza.cz a.s., ID No. 27 082 440, VAT ID CZ27082440, with its registered office at Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, Postal Code 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), is organizing a marketing campaign called "Alza Days" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") in the period from 00:01 on April 7, 2026, to 23:59 on April 27, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration"), within which the selling company Alza.sk s. r. o., ID No.: 36 562 939, VAT ID: 2021863811, with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 08 Bratislava - Ružinov district, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Insert No. 35889/B (hereinafter referred to as "Alza") provides a discount on goods listed on the website www.alza.sk/alza-dni (hereinafter referred to as "Goods"). The rules and conditions of the Campaign are available on the website www.alza.sk/alza-dni.
As a retail seller, Alza supplies goods primarily to natural persons as end customers and organizes its campaigns for this purpose. Alza expressly reserves the right, in order to serve the largest possible number of natural persons as its target customers, to cancel orders of customers who are not consumers, where the quantity of Goods ordered exceeds the amount of normal consumption for the needs of natural persons as end customers. In such cases, Alza shall notify the Buyer by e-mail of the cancellation of the order and, if applicable, refund the purchase price already paid. Alza also reserves the right to condition the delivery of Goods upon payment of the purchase price in advance, even in the case of customers who are not consumers.
Alza draws attention to the fact that the conditions for advertising announcements, which Alza lists on the website www.alza.sk/reklama, also apply to this Campaign.
Conditions for granting the discount
Within the scope of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected Goods in the amount of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 % on products marked with the code "5 %" with code ALZADNI5, "10 %" with code ALZADNI10, "15 %" with code ALZADNI15, "20 %" with code ALZADNI20, "25 %" with code ALZADNI25, "30 %" with code ALZADNI30, "35 %" with code ALZADNI35, "40 %" with code ALZADNI40, "50 %" with code ALZADNI50.
The relevant code can also be found on selected products included in the Campaign on the website www.alza.sk/alza-dni. The number of units that a buyer may purchase may be limited for selected Goods. The limitation on the number of units of the given Goods is implemented automatically, and the Buyer will not be allowed to add a larger number of units of the given Goods to the cart than the maximum possible quantity. The current selling price of the Goods, from which the discount is calculated, may change during the Campaign. Given that the current selling price may be reduced or increased during the Campaign, the final price amount after the discount (after applying the code) may also change. The amount of the discount (in percentage) remains the same throughout the duration of the Campaign.
The discount is granted based on the application of the code when creating an order for the purchase of Goods.
The discount on Goods is valid for the period the given Goods are included in the Campaign or until the given Goods are sold out during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may be updated during its course.
The stock of certain products is distributed among customers in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary, and other countries to which Alza supplies its products, based on the earlier time of order completion. This does not apply to regional/language-specific versions of products.
Final provisions
Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors caused during the transmission of electronic messages.
Alza reserves the right to change the conditions of the Campaign and eventually cancel the Campaign.
The participant has no right to reimbursement of costs associated with participation in the Campaign. Alza expressly states that neither the discount nor potential free shipping can be redeemed for cash, even in the event of the return of purchased Goods if the discount and/or free shipping was used for their delivery. A Campaign participant who returns Goods is not entitled to any compensation with the exception of the reimbursement of the price actually paid for the Goods.
Alza reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign those customers who:
Do not fulfil the conditions of the Campaign;
Use a card for payment of which they are not the authorized holder;
Act in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or commit fraudulent conduct in connection with the Campaign in violation of Art. 12 of the General Terms and Conditions;
Provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.
In the event of the exclusion of a Participant, such Participant has no right to compensation for costs or damages that may have been incurred.
These Campaign rules and conditions become effective on the day of their announcement.
