Efficient use of residual heat

The OptiHeat function monitors the residual heat level for each cooking zone so that you can use them effectively and optimize your energy consumption.                                                                                                                            The residual-heat indicators placed in a forward position on the hob, gives you an instant and clear overview of all the areas on the hob permitting efficient control of the varying cooking temperatures.                                          Thanks to the CountUp timer which starts at zero and continues to count until you stop or reset it, you can now carefully monitor the preparation process and cooking time for each meal.
