The AEG HK 854080 FB is a separate built-in glass ceramic hob with four cooking zones and a width of 78 cm. Its simple operation is ensured by its DirectTouch system. With the exact settings already in place, you can start the operation of the induction cooking plate with just a touch of your finger.
Another energy-saving feature for efficient use of resources is offered by the Öko Timer. On the hob, it is sufficient to set the cooking time in advance, and the timer exactly calculates when the hob has to be switched off in order for the food to be cooked with residual heat. This saves you money on electricity and the environment as well. The board offers one standard heat source, a two-ring and three-ring zone and a dual oval zone. So you can use the various shapes pots and pan sizes on the appliance without any problems.
The OptiHeat feature monitors the cooling of each cooking zone to provide the necessary information to help you use the residual heat efficiently. It monitors whether the cooking zone is still hot enough to cook, or warm enough to maintain the food temperature or simply "still hot". And if you need to quickly get away from the cooking activity, just press the STOP and GO function. This immediately stops and restarts the zone default settings.
