Omega 3 are an essential component of healthy fats, which the body cannot create on its own, and therefore must be taken into the body in the form of diet or dietary supplements. It serves as a source of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, while one tablet already contains up to 1,000 mg of healthy fats. With a daily dose (3 capsules) of up to 540 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 360 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Omega 3 will have a positive effect on your heart function. In addition, DHA ensures proper brain function and helps maintain normal vision. Omega 3 is intended for everyone who cares about their health and replenishment of healthy fats.
Dosage
Children 1 capsule once a day, preferably after a meal, adults 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably after a meal, swallow, do not bite. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
