This 1L metal canister from the German manufacturer Zeller is designed for the organised storage of dry foods. Its body is made of metal and is complemented by a bamboo push-on lid. The lid has a seal that limits air exposure to contents such as coffee, tea or sugar. The canister has a round shape.

A combination of metal and bamboo

The Zeller canister combines functionality with a simple design. The canister has a round metal body, complemented by a push-on lid made of bamboo. This combination of materials creates an interesting visual contrast. The body of the canister is metal and the lid is bamboo.

Preserving food aroma

The sealed bamboo lid helps to preserve the properties of the stored ingredients. It has a seal around its circumference that closes the container and limits the entry of air and ambient moisture. This helps to slow down the loss of aroma in foods such as coffee or loose-leaf tea. The total volume of 1 litre can hold a standard packet of loose ingredients, such as sugar.
