The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 Uses Artificial Intelligence
The IP camera uses a new algorithm for person detection, employing artificial intelligence for identification, automatic tracking, and recording. At the same time, it effectively filters out false alarms. The person tracking feature is disabled by default on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 but can be easily activated in the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app.
Secure Monitoring of Your Designated Area, Even at Night
Sleep peacefully — the Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 features 940nm infrared light, allowing it to capture clearer images even at night. Additionally, the high-sensitivity image sensor displays colour video even in low-light conditions. The Xiaomi IP camera does not emit a distracting red glow.
Display Video on Other Smart Devices
The image from the Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 can be projected onto your other smart devices, such as the Mi Smart Clock. The IP camera is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa services.
The IP Camera Allows Two-Way Communication
Chat with your loved ones in real time. The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 supports real-time two-way communication. You must have the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app installed on your smart device to make calls. The microphone can pick up sound from up to 5 metres away. Additionally, the Xiaomi IP camera uses intelligent noise cancellation to ensure clearer calls.
Wide Range of Storage Options, Strong Protection and Dual-Band WiFi Support
The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 encodes videos in H.265 format, which means they take up less space while maintaining top-notch quality. You can save recordings either on a local Micro SD card (up to 256GB), a NAS device, or in the cloud. If you wish, recordings can be shared with friends or your loved ones via remote viewing. The security of your data and video recordings is ensured by robust encryption, which is protected by the Xiaomi security chip. The Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 supports dual-band wireless connection to your 2.4GHz / 5GHz WiFi. This results in less signal interference and a more stable connection to your home network.
Simple Installation of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C400 IP Camera
The camera can be placed on furniture in the standard way, but it also supports inverted mounting. In this case, it's important to also rotate the screen in the camera settings so that the image is displayed normally (you can set this in the app).
