Washer and dryer in one
The XIAOMI Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg combines washing and drying into one elegant appliance, saving you space and time. It can wash and dry a daily 3kg load of laundry in 180 minutes at the single press of a button. This means you can take your clothes out and wear them straight after the cycle finishes, without needing to transfer them to a separate dryer or wait for them to dry on a rack.
Economical washing with high efficiency
The washer's energy efficiency is stated as 25% better than the minimum limit for class A according to the relevant European regulation. This means it offers powerful washing performance with lower water and electricity consumption. It is therefore ideal for households that do a lot of washing and want to combine thorough laundry care with economical operation.
Dual automatic dosing
The dual automatic dosing system intelligently detects the weight of the laundry and measures out the corresponding amount of detergent and fabric softener. This helps to reduce waste, minimises chemical residue in your laundry, and ensures optimal washing performance. A single fill of the dispenser can last for up to 1 month of use, and the dosing ratio can also be adjusted in the Xiaomi Home app – for example, increased for heavily soiled laundry or decreased for lighter loads.
Detergent pre-mixing technology
The detergent is first mixed with water in a pre-mixing chamber, where it passes through 148 channels for rapid dissolution and activation. This creates a concentrated washing solution that is then injected directly into the drum under high pressure. This allows it to penetrate fibres better, dissolve stains faster, and promote more effective washing even in shorter programmes.
Smart Wash in 36 minutes and Quick Wash in 12 minutes
The Smart Wash programme uses intelligent infusion technology and can deep clean a lighter load in just 36 minutes. Compared to the previous model, it helps to shorten the washing time, reduce water and electricity consumption, and maintain high washing performance. For lightly soiled laundry, the Quick Wash programme is available, which completes the entire wash cycle in just 12 minutes. It's perfect for when you need to quickly freshen up a small amount of clothing.
Extra-large drum for thorough care
The large 525mm diameter drum gives laundry more room to move freely. Combined with the high mechanical force of Power Wash technology, it promotes more thorough cleaning, effective spinning, and gentler handling of fabrics. The laundry tumbles better in the drum, the washing solution is distributed more evenly, and the result is cleaner and better-rinsed clothing.
Steam hygiene washing with the XIAOMI Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9
The steam function helps to ensure hygienic laundry care without putting unnecessary strain on fabrics. High-temperature steam molecules penetrate the fibres and help to break down the structure of bacteria, with the Hygiene programme able to remove up to 99.99% of bacteria. Steam is not only suitable for hygienic washing, but also for freshening clothes, removing odours, dust, and reducing creases.
Freshening and aromatherapy care
The Refresh Care programme uses gentle steam that penetrates the fibres to help aerate, soften and deodorise the laundry. The aromatherapy wash allows you to add a fresh scent to a smaller load of laundry using low-temperature aromatic steam. The Refresh & Loosen function takes care of the laundry even after the cycle is over – if you don't remove it within 30 minutes, the drum will automatically activate to keep the laundry fresh, less creased and free from musty smells.
Intelligent and gentle drying
Drying is controlled by high-precision sensors that monitor both temperature and drying time in real time. The XIAOMI Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9 automatically ends the cycle once the laundry is dry, helping to prevent overdrying, fibre damage and unnecessary energy consumption. 3D drying promotes faster moisture removal, and the low-temperature mode with precise control between 55°C and 65°C is gentler on fabrics to keep laundry soft, fluffy and comfortable to wear.
Automatic self-cleaning of the drying system
The XIAOMI Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9 is equipped with a clever self-cleaning system that reduces the need for manual maintenance. High-pressure water automatically cleans the fan blades, and flushing the drying channel helps to remove dust, fibres and hidden dirt. This limits the build-up of dirt, reduces the risk of bacterial growth and maintains a stable drying performance for longer.
Smart control via Xiaomi Home
Using the Xiaomi Home app, you can control the washing machine remotely, schedule washes, adjust settings and customise programmes to suit your needs. The AI washing expert can recommend programmes based on your habits and remember your favourite settings. In the 'My Time' programme, you can individually set the washing time, temperature, number of rinses and other parameters. The appliance also supports OTA updates, which can bring new features, improvements and washing programmes.
Touch panel and modern design
Instead of traditional rotary dials, the washing machine offers a modern touch panel with intuitive controls and a technological look inspired by the concept of a gravitational field. In the Xiaomi Home app, you can customise the panel display and programme layout so that your most frequently used options are always quickly at hand. The elegant design, recognised with an iF Design Award, will fit into any modern bathroom, utility room, kitchen or built-in solution.
Ultra-slim design for easy installation
With a body depth of 570mm, the appliance integrates easily into cabinets or limited spaces. The fully integrated look provides a clean finish, reduces dust build-up and protects the front from knocks and scratches. For proper installation, it is recommended to leave at least 20mm of free space at the top, 15mm at the sides and 30mm behind the appliance.
Direct Drive motor for quiet and gentle operation
The Direct Drive motor is connected directly to the drum, ensuring efficient power transfer, precise motion control and less wear. It helps to increase washing efficiency, reduces vibration and noise, and provides gentler care for more delicate fabrics such as silk. The Direct Drive motor comes with a 12-year warranty.
Practical features for everyday
Everyday use is made more pleasant by the drum light, which helps you find forgotten items of clothing, even in the evening. The 24-hour delay start function lets you schedule a wash for the night, for example, or for when you get home. There's also the option to add laundry during a cycle – just press the pause button if the current water level and temperature permit.
