The Xerox VersaLink C625 is a powerful A4 multifunction laser printer that provides duplex colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing. It's ideal for busy workgroups of 5 to 20 people who require reliability, high performance and high-volume colour and monochrome printing (up to 20000 pages per month). The printer has a main tray for 550 sheets of paper and provides automatic duplex colour printing at a resolution of 1200×1200DPI at speeds of up to 38 pages per minute (50 pages for single-sided printing). In addition to standard wired/network connection via USB or LAN (RJ-45) connectors, you can also use the NFC wireless interface (for direct printing from your phone), or optional Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity (using a module), which gives you access to technologies like Wi-Fi Direct and iBeacon. The printer also supports Mopria Print, Apple AirPrint and Xerox Print Service, which let you print documents and photos from mobile devices. There's also an intuitive Xerox ConnectKey user interface with a 7" screen, which makes it easy to access print applications, security features, cloud services and more. The VersaLink C625 also has an analogue and network fax.

In addition to printing, the VersaLink C625 can also copy, fax, scan and email copies. The printer is equipped with a flatbed scanner combined with a Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF), which allows for simultaneous scanning of both sides of documents at speeds of up to 104 A4 pages per minute. This feature significantly increases productivity, especially for tasks that require scanning or copying a large number of documents at once. You can set an optical resolution of up to 600×600dpi for both monochrome and colour originals, and you can scan directly to a PC, network folder, USB flash drive or FTP server. The printer can also automatically send scanned images using a connected email account.
