From an ergonomic point of view, this size is ideal for people approximately 155–180cm tall, but by adjusting the amount of air, taller people up to 200cm can also use it comfortably, especially when sitting at a standard-height desk of 72–76cm. The seat height can be finely adjusted according to the user's preference and weight using the inflatable structure. The VLUV Bol balance ball is designed for a load of up to 150kg, which ensures high durability even with daily use. Its low weight makes the ball easy to handle, carry and move around as needed.
