Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil is a balanced blend of vegetable oils, ideal for daily use, with a ratio of omega-3: omega-6 = 1 : 1, supplemented with GLA and omega-9.

It contains a wide spectrum of phytonutrients rich in vitamin E and carotenoids. The oil is cold-pressed without the use of solvents and packaged in a protective nitrogen atmosphere to preserve freshness. Contains 100% active ingredients formulated by nutritionists. Vegetable omega oil providing a balanced ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9. Contains omega-3 without fish sources. Certified organic by the Soil Association. Approximately 40 teaspoons in a 200ml bottle. It can be sprinkled on food, added to drinks or taken directly from a spoon. Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 teaspoons continuously throughout the day. ( 1 teaspoon=5ml ). You can add the oil to your favourite dish, vegetable salad, cocktail, or dose directly. We recommend combining this product with Viridian Joint Complex capsules.

Storage
