High One B-COMPLEX B1 contains a complex of B vitamins with an increased content of vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride). The effect of vitamin B1 is related to the heart and the nervous system. The effects of B vitamins are related to energy metabolism – they are involved in the process of cellular energy production. They can therefore be recommended for chronic fatigue and exhaustion. The effects of vitamin B1, which is significantly increased in this supplement, are also related to brain function – vitamin B1 behaves similarly to acetylcholine, so its effects are related to supporting cognitive function decline, for example in the elderly and alcoholics.

Ecological packaging
Viridian Nutrition uses 100% recyclable packaging. The basis is amber glass bottles, which protect the contents from light and heat. At the same time, they can be recycled or reused. This type of glass is infinitely recyclable. The product label is made of recyclable material with a special adhesive that dissolves in the recycling process. This allows the label and glass to be easily separated so that both elements can be recycled and reused. The cap on the bottles is made of recyclable aluminium. The packaging is currently undergoing a gradual update and innovation – in the original version, the product is wrapped in a transparent seal made of corn starch (no plastic content). In the new version, a tamper-evident seal is used under the product lid. Within the offer, you may therefore temporarily encounter both types of products – the quality is of course identical.
