Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules daily.
Training days: It is recommended to take HMB about 30–60 minutes before exercise to ensure maximum muscle protection during physical exertion.
Non-training days: HMB can be taken at any time during the day, ideally at regular intervals to maintain a stable level in the body.
