Vitamins D3, K2 and calcium contribute to the building and maintenance of bone mass and healthy muscles. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporosis-related fractures in women aged 50 and over. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 1,200mg of calcium and 20μg of vitamin D from all sources.
