Recommended dosage for VIGANTOLVIT D3 2000 IU
Children from 12 years and adults: 1 capsule daily with food, taken with a sufficient amount of water.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of the reach of small children. Do not take other products with a higher vitamin D content at the same time.
