Victorinox vegetable knife 8cm plastic black

You can use the Victorinox kitchen knife with a shorter blade for activities requiring precision, e. g. when processing fruits, vegetables, etc. It is ergonomically balanced, its handle fits comfortably in your hand . The blade is thin and sharp, so the cut surface will be smooth and neat every time.

Proper care

With proper care, you can keep your knife in top condition. The knife can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended . To ensure the knife lasts a long time, wash it with water and dish soap immediately after use. If you leave your knife unwashed for a long time, salty or acidic food residue can leave stains on the blade. When using in the dishwasher, make sure the knife does not touch other metal objects in the cutlery basket. In the long term, use in the dishwasher may cause changes in the intensity of the colour of the handle and rusting of the blade.
