The VARTA Multi Charger is designed for charging NiMH AA and AAA batteries. Thanks to its eight charging channels, it can replenish up to eight batteries at once, charging them in pairs. It is powered by a universal USB-C port. Green LEDs inform you about the charging status, and various safety features ensure secure operation.

Intelligent and safe charging
The VARTA Multi Charger is equipped with advanced mechanisms that protect both the batteries and the device itself. The key technology is the Minus Delta V method, which monitors the voltage drop in a fully charged cell and terminates the charging process at the right time. This prevents overcharging, which could shorten the battery life. An integrated timer, short-circuit protection, and incorrect polarity detection also contribute to its safety. The charger also automatically recognises damaged cells or inserted alkaline batteries and interrupts charging to prevent damage.
