The Kids Omega-3 supplement contains the two most important omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are essential for the optimal development of the brain, nervous system, and visual system, starting from the first trimester of pregnancy. The omega-3 fatty acids are gently extracted from microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.), and the oil is enriched with organic essential lemon oil, which provides a pleasant taste.
In our current local conditions, the dietary intake of omega-3 in toddlers and children is very low. High-quality supplementation is therefore a preventative measure to ensure the healthy development of the nervous system, as well as sensory, motor, and cognitive functions. This is true right from the first trimester of pregnancy. During the preschool and school-age periods, these fatty acids also have a positive effect on learning and memory.

Dosage
Children aged 3–12 years:
14 drops daily (Omega-3: 250mg)
Children over 12 years:
14–28 drops daily (Omega-3: 250–500mg)
