Thanks to years of experience, Traxxas has developed a super fast 1:7 scale RC car XO-1, which can accelerate from 0-160 km/h in 4.92 seconds and reach a top speed of over 160 km/h. 0-100 km/h acceleration in an incredible 2.3 seconds. The package includes pinions and spur gears with different numbers of teeth to perfectly tune the car to each track. The chassis of the model consists of an extremely strong chassis plate made of 3 mm thick 6061-T6 aluminium. The chassis is completely flat on the underside and has plastic aerodynamic parts added to it. The electronics and battery components are mounted on the chassis in the middle of the model axis, ensuring precise balance and a low centre of gravity. Thanks to this, the RC model car has excellent driving characteristics.

Cush Drive system
The drive mechanism is mounted on a double aluminium plate, which forms a strong and lightweight unit with the chassis. The drive is implemented through the main gear with Cush Drive system, through the aluminium centre shaftl, to the front and rear differential, to the homokinetic half axle. Power is distributed between the individual wheels by a front and rear differential with metal gearing for maximum durability. The differentials are filled with oil, the density of which affects the clamping capacity of the differentials (higher oil viscosity = higher differential clamping capacity).
Traxxas Stability Management
The Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) system not only allows you to experience power, speed, acceleration and cornering at extreme speeds, but also makes it much easier to steer and control on slippery surfaces such as dust, smooth concrete or even ice and snow. In the receiver there is a MEMS 3-axis gyro and accelerometer, which evaluates the movement of the model 100 times per second and corrects the direction of travel of the model by appropriate interventions in the steering of the front wheels. Traxxas TSM does not limit engine power - you have 100% control over engine power. The algorithms are tuned for each model separately. The level of assistance is set using the multi-function controller on the transmitter or the Traxxas Link app, as appropriate.
Cush drive absorption system
The innovative Cush drive system uses a special part equipped with elastomeric silentblocks to absorb the engine shock. The System replaces the friction clutch and allows for a more efficient and reliable drive without complicated adjustments. The shape of the body, with an intake opening for cooling the power unit, has been optimised in the autodynamic tunnel to achieve the lowest air resistance and sufficient downforce on the front and rear tyres and maximum stability at high speeds when cornering.
Steering and oil dampers
The control is provided by a Digital High-Torque servo 2075 and a Dual-Bellcrank servo-saver, which protects the entire mechanism in the event of an impact. Fixed 4 mm steel tensioners are used to adjust the camber and convergence. Everything is already set up and adjusted, the axles can easily be adjusted to adjust the geometry to your own needs. The key parts of the wheel hangers are made of aluminium alloys. Oil shock absorbers with massive springs absorb shocks and the model has the characteristics of real racing cars. Shock absorbers include exclusive X-rings that minimize oil seepage around the piston rod. Shock absorbers are fully adjustable: the spring preload can be conveniently changed with the nut on the shock absorber, the stiffness can be changed by changing the oil viscosity.
Real-time telemetry
Traxxas Link App is a powerful app that gives you total control over the operation and tuning of your Traxxas RC model with stunning visuals and absolute precision settings. Traxxas Link can display telemetry data, which provides a real-time model, such as speed, revolutions, temperature, battery voltage and model tilt You can share RC model settings, create as many profiles as you want for a specific track or user, e.g. Kids. All in an app with brilliant graphics, which is a standard feature from Traxxas.

To make the model operational, you need 4× AA batteries for the transmitter, 2× drive batteries and a charger for the drive batteries.
Traxxas universal chargers can charge Traxxas LiPo and NiMH batteries. Traxxas chargers are a simple and safe way to charge batteries. Traxxas uses the unique iD system, so you can always be sure that everything is plugged in simply and safely. There is an integrated chip in the battery connector that the Traxxas charger automatically detects and sets all battery charging parameters for you. For the normal operation of a Traxxas RC car you need bolt glue, good quality tyre glue, silicone shock absorber oil and a set of screwdrivers.
