The Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car is based on real Monster Trucks. It is powered by a Titan 550 DC motor and an XL-5 controller to power 2S LiPo batteries. The model can travel up to 48 km/h, and is also factory equipped with the Extreme Heavy Duty kit for high durability and a clipless body clamping system. The system of attaching the bodywork by means of beaks in the wheel arches allows quick and easy battery replacement and the clean look of the model is not disturbed by clips. The bodywork also features a chrome front grille, replica lights and engine intake for an authentic look. VThe transmitter, drive battery and USB-C charger are included in the package.

Construction and drive
The nylon chassis design gives the Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car high strength and durability, while making it lightweight and agile. The proven Magnum 272 transmission with adjustable friction clutch is used to drive the rear wheels. The car is equipped with a modified Titan 550 series 12T DC motor. The engine has 30% more power than conventional 540 engines. The rotor at the rear of the engine contains a propeller that draws air into the engine and effectively cools it. High traction is ensured by placing the engine behind the rear axle. The excellent handling characteristics are due to the precise suspension geometry and, combined with the long arm travel, you can overcome even the toughest terrain.
Suspension and stability
The chassis of the Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car is spatially shaped for high rigidity. The engine with gearbox and differential is located at the rear of the model. The propulsion system forms a compact closed unit, which makes the RC model unpretentious. Thanks to the rear rail with Wheelie wheels, you can enjoy riding on the rear wheels without worrying about tipping the model over. The durable nylon wheel holder also provides extra protection for the motor and gearbox. High lift oil dampers use dual X-rings for perfect sealing and perfect operation. The robust design combined with a high oil volume can absorb even hard impacts in difficult terrain. You can tune the shock absorbers to your liking by adjusting the springs and changing the oil viscosity.
Steering system and tyres
The transmission, disc clutch and planetary differential of the Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car are enclosed in one compact unit. The friction clutch transmission reliably transfers engine power to the axles, and the Magnum 272™ planetary differential gearbox has gears made of hardened steel. The system requires absolutely minimal maintenance. Pinions and gears with different numbers of teeth are available, so you can fine-tune your model for speed and technical tracks. Bigfoot rides on large 2.2" chrome wheels with imitation Beadlock ring. Terra Groove tyres mimic the look of full size treads. The unique rubber compound has high adhesion on a wide range of surfaces including dirt, grass, concrete and stones.
Three driving modes
The Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car features the Traxxas XL-5 waterproof electronic AC controller with three driving modes, support for modern high-capacity LiPo batteries and easy EZ-Set™ button control. The Regulator features a training mode that limits full throttle to 50% - allowing novice drivers or children to gradually get to grips with the model's characteristics and prepare for the car's full power. Race mode only allows forward and brake. It features thermal protection, gold-plated connectors, simple operation and intuitive two-colour LED signalling.
Traxxas TQ receiver and power supply
The Traxxas Bigfoot 1:10 HD RTR Classic RC car model is controlled by a Traxxas TQ dual-channel proportional steering wheel RC transmitter operating in the 2.4 GHz band - interference-free operation. The transmitter is powered by only 4 AA cells. There is a knob on the transmitter that is used to trim the steering so that the model goes straight when the steering wheel is in the center position. The battery level in the transmitter is indicated by an LED. The reverse on the throttle and steering channel can be set on the transmitter. The Traxxas TQ 2.4 GHz three-channel receiver, ensures safe, interruption-free steering and allows easy one-button pairing. LEDs provide status indication. The charger can charge 6 to 7 cell NiMH batteries with a charging current of up to 4 A. The USB-C charger can be powered by any USB adapter and connected with a USB-C cable.
