The New Era is a standalone game in the End of Ages series, a large cooperative fantasy game in which players take on the role of mages to defend against the raids of the mysterious Nameless Ones on the last outpost of human civilization called Sanctuary. In the New Era, players will broadcast the mages' quests against the monsters that are infiltrating their world from beyond the Rift. End of an age: A new era Can be played as an expansion to the base game or on its own. The game is designed for 1-4 players aged 14 and up. The game will take approximately 60 minutes to play.

End of an age: The new era brings an expedition system that allows players to incorporate content already played into the game in the form of a short campaign. After each game, players receive new treasures and cards to strengthen their characters. But even the enemies they face get stronger and stronger with each battle they play.
