Small RC car model Axial SCX24 with licensed Lexus GX 470 body and LED lighting. The model is equipped with multi-link suspension with oil dampers and 4WD all-wheel drive for off-road driving. Everything you need is in the package - 2.4 GHz RC kit, 7.4 V LiPo battery with 350 mAh capacity and USB-C charger. The car is powered by a Dynamite 88T DC motor with gearbox, includes a high quality Spektrum 2-in-1 control unit (receiver and speed controller) and powerful servo steering. The model can run for up to 40 minutes on a single battery charge. The Spektrum SLT2 2.4 GHz dual channel transmitter offers a number of useful features such as throttle path adjustment and throttle control or limiting. It is ergonomically designed for long holding times without fatigue. The licensed Lexus body made of durable ABS material is complemented by a number of mock-up details such as a roof rack with accessories, a snorkel or functional LED front lighting. Also licensed are Black Rhino Raid wheels with proven Nitto Trail Grappler M/T off-road tyres.

Realistic design and superior off-road performance
The model is equipped with a mock-up body of the Lexus GX 470 under official license. The body has a mock-up front grille, mirrors, door handles, roof rack, snorkel and other details. For maximum realism, high-brightness LEDs are incorporated in the headlight parabolas and the front bumper. The hinged body system provides easy access to the drive battery and control unit. The ride quality is significantly affected by the shock absorbers, which is why the model has oil dampers that allow a smooth ride over uneven surfaces. The spring preload can be adjusted to fine-tune the level of suspension to suit the terrain. The SCX24 chassis uses robust steel frame stringers with C-sections to ensure high rigidity and strength.
Worm gears and durable suspension for optimum traction
The front and rear differentials are equipped with worm gears, which give the axles high torque. Worm gears also provide the brake function. Front and rear straight axles are assembled from two-piece plastic moulding,in which the steel drive shafts are housed in ball bearings. For optimum handling, the SCX24 is equipped with a three-point front and four-point rear suspension. The high torque of the worm gear requires the use of steel drive shafts. Only these can transmit power to the wheels even on steep gradients.
Maximum drive smoothness and durability on all terrain
The front and rear drive shafts from the central gearbox to the transfer case are splined, allowing axial movement of the shafts while maintaining power transfer. To maximise mobility, reduce axle twist and eliminate torque, a 4-point suspension design has been developed and is used on the SCX24 rear axle. The model is fully equipped with ball bearings, both in the gearbox and in the axles and drives. You can ride without worrying about a plain plain bearing wearing out somewhere.
Accessories for normal operation
For normal operation of the Axial RC car you need tyre glue, bolt glue and a tool kit. The model also uses screws in inch units, so we recommend a 1/20" Allen screwdriver. Tyre adhesive is used to glue the tyres to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary that the tyre is firmly glued to the wheel rim around its entire circumference! If the tyre is not glued all the way around, the tyre may tear. The tyre adhesive has a special formulation that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, while at the same time making the adhesive flexible once it has set. Robitronic Tire Glue is recommended. For routine maintenance, you need to glue the screws. Screws screwed into metal material (e.g. screws in the motor, bristles in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.
