Axial SCX24 Ford Bronco 2021 1:24 4WD RTR blue

Axial SCX24 Ford Bronco 2021 1:24 4WD RTR blue
The 1:24 scale Axial SCX24 RC remote control car model with licensed Ford Bronco 2021 body and on licensed Nitto Trail Grappler tires with Factory Ford Wildtrak wheels with 4×4 drive is fully assembled and ready to drive. Everything you need is in the package. The model comes with an incredibly detailed licensed Ford Bronco body from the 2021 model year lineup. In addition to the front LED lighting, the body features a mock-up front grille, rear view mirrors, door handles, rear spare wheel and roof rack with accessories. For a perfect look, the windows are clear so you can see the interior with the driver figure. Realistic ABS plastic bodywork and large off-road wheels with superior ground clearance evoke the look of a world-famous car. At the heart of this is a powerful powertrain, consisting of a 180 engine with a multi-speed gearbox that delivers the necessary power to the axles. The torque is transmitted from the gearbox to the splined shafts and to the rigid axles via worm gears.

Steel frame and powerful Tazer 180 engine for maximum off-road performance
Like the Axial SCX10 platform in 1:10 scale, the Axial SCX24 chassis has robust steel chassis frame rails with bracing to keep the chassis rigid enough for high axle twist. The Axial SCX24 RC model car is driven by a Tazer 180 series DC motor with 88 turns on the armature. The engine has the optimum torque needed for driving up steep gradients. It is mounted on a metal engine bed to help cool the engine and keep the temperature at an optimum level

Worm gears and robust suspension for maximum traction and stability
The front and rear differentials are equipped with worm gears, which give the axles very high torque, also providing braking function and, thanks to their small size, creating the extra ground clearance needed to tackle obstacles. The front and rear axle consists of a two-piece moulded composite solid axle. For optimum handling, the SCX24 is equipped with a 3-element front and 4-element rear suspension. When using worm gear differentials, torque is transmitted to the wheels by steel shafts which have high strength and rigidity when the wheels are engaged. The torque is transmitted by a pin on the hexagonal hubs. The front and rear drive shafts between the gearbox and the front and rear axles are splined shafts, which allow a large axial displacement and maximum torque transfer.

Functional shock absorbers, 4-element suspension and strong servo with gear protection
Even such a small RC car can have dummy shock absorbers with imitation auxiliary tanks. Despite the simple construction with coil spring and plastic body, the shock absorbers are perfectly functional. The rear suspension geometry uses a 4-link design that is optimized to reduce axle rotation and torque twist. The key component in expedition RC model cars is a sufficiently strong servo steering with a robust mechanism. Axial AS-1 steering servo with servo linkage is mounted directly above the front axle, which allows for precise steering while providing protection for the gears and servo electronics in the event of a steering obstruction or front wheel impact. The model is fully equipped with ball bearings in the gearbox, axles and drives. You can ride without worrying about a worn out plain bearing.

Licensed wheels and tyres, hinged bodywork and controllable LED lighting
Officially licensed Wildtrak wheels are molded in black and feature stunning mock-up details. Nitto Trail Grappler tyres offer a fantastic combination of off-road performance while maintaining excellent on-road properties. The hinged body system offers easy access to chassis components. The battery and chassis can be quickly accessed by removing just one body clip and flipping the body up. Two bright white LED lights are factory-installed in the front bumper to illuminate the area in front of the vehicle. The front lights on the model can be controlled remotely via transmitter (3. channel) and have the following functions - permanently lit, flashing or off

4-channel Horizon 2.4 GHz transmitter with status indication and complete control
The Horizon 2.4 GHz 4-channel transmitter has everything you need for operation. On the transmitter you will find the switches for the functions: steering and throttle trim, dual steering deflections, pairing, throttle and steering reversal. The 3-channel controller is a three-position controller. The transmitter also includes a mechanical switch for switching on. There are also three LEDs on the front panel that indicate: turning on the transmitter, pairing and battery charge status in the model. Indication of battery charge in the model: green - fully charged, yellow - half-charged battery, red - almost discharged battery and flashing red - discharged battery.
Horizon 4-channel controller with integrated controller and directional control
The Horizon control unit integrates a controller and receiver in one. Includes 4 channels and connectors for headlights and turn signals, the function of lights and turn signals is factory mixed to the third and fourth channel respectively (turn signals are not installed on the model, but can be added by the user). In the case of user completion of the direction indicators, they can be controlled remotely via the 4th channel of the transmitter and should have the following functions: off, flashing of the respective indicator lights when turning in a specific direction, warning lights, rapidly flashing warning lights. When completing the direction indicators, it is necessary to select the appropriate resistance according to the colour and type of LED. The left directionals plug into port CL-L2, the right into port CL-R3. The voltage on the ports is 5 V.
Accessories for normal operation
For normal operation of the Axial RC car you need tyre glue, bolt glue and a tool kit. The model also uses screws in inch units, so a 1/20" Allen screwdriver is recommended. Tyre adhesive is used to glue the tyres to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary that the tyre is firmly glued to the wheel rim around its entire circumference! If the tyre is not glued all the way around, the tyre may tear. The tyre adhesive has a special formulation that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, while at the same time making the adhesive flexible once it has set. Robitronic Tire Glue is recommended. For routine maintenance, you need to glue the screws. Screws screwed into metal material (e.g. screws in the motor, bristles in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.
