Amazon

Key features of the board game Amazonia

Become a creator of life - expand the forest, resist disasters, win

The game is played over three periods in which you carefully select cards from the menu, expand your forest and collect points. But beware, the rainforest is also threatened by dangers such as fires, disease and drought. Each period begins with a card selection phase. Each turn, the player looks at one of the "Increment" decks and decides whether to keep it or return it to look at the next one. If you keep the deck, unload all the cards from it into your forest. You will plant trunks and crowns to create complete trees that are evaluated at the end of the season. Plants and animals then provide instant effects or point values at the end of the game.

Who will create the most harmonious forest and win the battle for the highest score?

At the end of each period, points are awarded for plant sets, number and height of trees, and at the end of the third period, points are added for animals and for the largest forest. The player with the highest score wins. Amazonia also offers advanced variants with new plant, hazard and animal cards, as well as a solo variant where you face off against a virtual opponent - the Spirit of the Forest. For lovers of nature and strategy games, Amazonia is the ideal choice.
