Why is vitamin B12 important?
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system and psyche, as well as for the function of the immune system. It helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and plays an important role in the process of cell division.
Ingredients
Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, riboflavin, calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, cyanocobalamin.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet daily.
Warning
