Sea buckthorn oil is the rarest substance from the sea buckthorn fruit. It is produced with the preservation of all biologically active substances important. Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.
