MILK THISTLE + REISHI Forte blend [milk thistle (Silybum marianum) dried powder and extract, reishi mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum), dried elderberry fruit powder (Sambucus nigra)].
Recommended Dosage
1 capsule 2× daily before meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, or it can be opened and the contents sprinkled into food or water. It can be used as needed, even long-term.

Storage
