Aquamin (lithothamnion calcareum) - natural source of magnesium - magnesium hydroxide; lemon balm extract (melissa officinalis); vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride. Capsule shell: gelatin.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1-2 times a day before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, or split and the contents are poured into food or water. It can be used as needed and for a long time.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
