A combination of magnesium from a natural source with high absorbability and vitamin B6 with lemon balm for individuals exposed to increased stress. Magnesium has a beneficial effect on muscle activity and relieves tension. Aquamin – a natural source of magnesium – magnesium hydroxide; lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis); vitamin B6 - pyridoxine hydrochloride. Capsule shell: gelatine.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1–2× a day before meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, or it can be opened and the contents sprinkled into food or water. It can be used long-term as needed.
Warning
Food supplement. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for coeliacs. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Storage
Store in a dry place up to 25ºC. Use the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister pack.
