The Tenda Nova EX12 (3-pack) WiFi system is a dual-band wireless network solution with Wi-Fi 6, designed to reliably cover large indoor spaces. The device operates simultaneously on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, offering a total theoretical transmission speed of up to 2976Mbps. The individual modules work together using mesh technology, which creates a unified wireless network with a single name for seamless roaming throughout the area, without signal dropouts or the need to manually switch mobile devices.

Wireless connection with Wi-Fi 6 technology
The mesh system uses the modern 802.11ax standard and provides a stable wireless connection for dozens of end devices. It reaches speeds of up to 2402Mbps in the 5GHz band, while offering 574Mbps in the 2.4GHz band. The integration of MU-MIMO, OFDMA, and intelligent Beamforming technologies enhances data transfer efficiency and signal stability, optimising signal distribution to active devices.
Seamless coverage and network security
The three-module system can cover an area of up to 360m² and eliminates weak signal spots. Support for IEEE 802.11k/v roaming protocols ensures that mobile phones or laptops automatically switch between individual nodes without interrupting ongoing downloads or calls. Over 160 devices can be connected to the network simultaneously without any issues, meeting the demands of a modern smart home. Data transmission is protected by advanced WPA3 encryption, along with older WPA, WPA2, and WPA/WPA2-PSK standards. A built-in firewall actively defends against UDP Flood, TCP Flood, and ICMP Flood attacks. Users also have access to parental controls for blocking websites, setting time schedules, and creating a separate guest network.
WiFi system connectivity
Each of the three modules is equipped with one gigabit WAN/LAN port and two gigabit LAN ports for reliable wired connections. In total, the system provides eight available LAN ports with a speed of 1Gbit for connecting desktop computers, printers, or network storage. Each unit is powered by the included 12V DC power adapter.
