The 24-inch Tefal Luminens pan has a new non-stick INTENSY inner surface and a temperature indicator called Thermo-Spot. Due to the robust Induction bottom with a stainless steel disc, the pan is resistant to deformation and ensures perfect heat distribution while cooking. You can also put the pan into the oven and use it on induction, gas, electricity and glass ceramic plates.
