Shilajit (shee-la-jeet), a staple in the Ayurvedic tradition, is a concentrated source of trace minerals and fulvic acid derived from mineral pitch. Shilajit is used as a systemic "rejuvenator" and adaptogen, often in combination with other Ayurvedic herbs. Standardized to 5% fulvic acid.
