Dosage
- Normal dose: 1 capsule per day
- Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea
- When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
