Activated charcoal is made only from coconuts and is able to absorb a wide range of substances. Only this type of coconut shell activated carbon retains the cellular structure of the original organic material and has a higher micropore ratio in the final product. Activated charcoal is one of the safest and most commonly used products against diarrhoea (especially non-bacterial ones, originating in the diet). It acts purely physically - due to its high absorption it is able to bind gases and toxic substances to itself in the digestive tract. It can also be effective in various intoxications (poisonings), where it also prevents toxic substances from entering the body.

Recommended dosage

1-2 capsules daily as needed on an empty stomach, or between meals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Drink at least 240 ml of water. Do not take for more than one week.

Do not take long-term. Take at least 2 hours before or after medications or other dietary supplements. Activated charcoal can affect their absorption. It can cause dark stools, which are not harmful. Adults only.
