The Starnails Thixotropy builder gel is designed for both professional and home nail modelling. Thanks to its thixotropic technology, the gel has a thick consistency in the pot, which becomes more pliable when worked with a brush, making it easier to shape. Once applied, it holds its shape and doesn't run. The gel is suitable for strengthening natural nails, filling in regrowth, and for complete modelling on a form. The result is nails with a natural matte look in a powder pink shade.

Thixotropic properties for precise modelling

Thixotropy, or 'liquid memory', is the key feature of this builder gel. In its resting state in the pot, it maintains a very thick consistency, so it doesn't run when you pick it up. As soon as you start working with it with a brush, its structure temporarily changes to a thinner consistency, giving you full control over shaping. After applying it to the nail, it thickens again and does not run towards the cuticle. Combined with its self-levelling properties, the gel creates a smooth surface that requires only minimal filing.
